The terms that apply to fees, invoicing, taxes, cancellations and refunds.

This Payment Policy explains how Shrisambhavam A.S.F. Developers Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us") charges for its services and how payments are made. This policy applies alongside our Terms & Conditions; where a signed proposal or engagement agreement differs from this policy, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
Fees for every engagement are set out in a written proposal or quotation before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, quoted fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and of any third-party costs (such as statutory fees, travel or specialist testing) which, where applicable, are charged at cost or as agreed in the proposal.
Most engagements require an advance payment to confirm the booking and to allow us to schedule and begin the work. Work is scheduled to start only after the agreed advance has been received. The advance amount is stated in your proposal.
The balance of fees is payable according to the schedule set out in your proposal — typically at defined milestones, on delivery of agreed outputs, or in stage payments for construction and development projects. Each payment becomes due on the date, stage or event specified in that schedule.
All payments are made against an invoice issued by the Company, in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) where chargeable, are shown separately and are payable in addition to the quoted fees. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Accepted methods and our official payment details are described on the Payment page and on your invoice. Please quote your invoice number with every payment. For your security, our banking, UPI and cheque details are provided only on invoices issued by the Company; verify any payment request by phone if you are unsure.
If a payment is not received by its due date, we may suspend work, withhold the delivery of reports or outputs, and/or revise agreed timelines until payment is received. Where a signed agreement provides for interest or charges on overdue amounts, those will apply as stated in that agreement.
If you cancel an engagement after it has been confirmed, fees for work already carried out up to the date of cancellation remain payable, and any costs we have already committed on your behalf are chargeable. The treatment of the advance on cancellation is governed by your proposal or engagement agreement.
Because our services are professional services delivered over time, advances and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has commenced. Where a refund is due — for example, for a payment received for work that has not been started and will not be carried out — it will be processed to the original payment source within a reasonable period, net of any costs already incurred and any taxes already remitted.
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of the invoice date with details, so we can review it promptly. Undisputed amounts on the same invoice remain payable by their due date.
We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. The version in force for your engagement is the one referenced in, or current at the date of, your signed proposal or agreement. The latest version is always available on this page.
This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to payments are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh.
