Payment

Simple, secure and transparent ways to pay for your project or engagement.

How to pay

Accepted payment methods

Payments are made against a formal invoice issued by the Company. Your invoice carries our official banking and UPI details — always use the details on your current invoice.

Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

Pay directly into the Company's current account using the account name, number, IFSC and branch printed on your invoice. Please quote your invoice number as the payment reference.

UPI

For smaller amounts and advances, pay via UPI to the official UPI ID shown on your invoice. Keep the UPI transaction reference for your records.

Cheque / Demand Draft

Cheques and demand drafts should be drawn in favour of Shrisambhavam A.S.F. Developers Private Limited, payable at Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh.

The payment process

How billing works on a project

Proposal

We agree the scope, fee and payment schedule in a written proposal before any work begins.

Advance

An advance confirms your engagement and allows us to schedule and begin the work.

Milestones

Further payments fall due at agreed stages or on delivery, as set out in your proposal.

Invoice & receipt

Every payment is invoiced with applicable taxes, and a receipt is issued on realisation.

What you need to know before paying

We keep billing simple and transparent. Every engagement is priced in a written proposal, every payment is made against an invoice, and every invoice shows clearly what you are paying for and the taxes that apply.

Invoicing and taxes

All fees are billed through a formal invoice in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) where chargeable, are shown separately on the invoice. If your organisation needs a purchase order number or specific billing details on the invoice, let us know before the invoice is raised and we will include them.

Payment schedule

For most engagements an advance is payable to confirm the work, with the balance falling due at agreed milestones or on delivery of the agreed outputs. For construction and development projects, stage payments are tied to defined stages of the work. The exact schedule for your project is always set out in your proposal, so there are no surprises.

References and confirmation

When you pay, please quote your invoice number so we can match your payment quickly. Once a payment is realised, we issue a receipt. If you need confirmation that a payment has been received, contact us and we will confirm promptly.

Security and verification

Your security matters to us. Our official banking, UPI and cheque details are provided only on invoices issued by the Company. We will never change our bank details by email or message without prior notice, and we will never ask you to pay a different account at short notice. If anything about a payment request looks unusual, please stop and call us on +91 98938 35862 to verify before paying.
