Shrisambhavam A.S.F. Developers Private Limited was founded on a conviction that the construction industry does not check its own work nearly enough. Too many buildings are designed in a hurry, approved without independent scrutiny, and built before anyone has seriously asked whether the design is safe, compliant and sensible to construct. We set out to be the firm that asks those questions — for our own developments and for clients who need an honest second opinion.
Incorporated on 2 November 2023 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, we are a private limited company headquartered in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. Although we are a young company, the thinking behind us is not: it is grounded in hard-won experience of how buildings succeed and how they fail. We have deliberately structured the business so that engineering assurance sits at its centre rather than being an afterthought bolted on at the end.
What we do
Our work falls into two complementary streams. The first is independent advisory and assurance — building design reviews, safety reviews, design audits, peer review and compliance checks — which we deliver to clients anywhere in the world. The second is construction and development, where we design and build residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects, principally in Madhya Pradesh and the surrounding region. The two streams reinforce each other: our construction experience makes our reviews more practical, and our review discipline makes our construction safer.

Are you a contractor or a consultancy? Both. We deliver construction and development projects, and we provide independent engineering review and assurance. You can engage us for either, or for both together.
Do you only work on large projects? No. We treat a single home with the same seriousness as a commercial complex. The scale of a project does not change the importance of getting its design right.
Can you review a design prepared by someone else? Yes — a large part of our work is independently reviewing and auditing designs produced by other architects and engineers, and reporting our findings objectively.
Will the same firm that reviews our design also build it? If you engage us for full delivery, yes, and we keep clear documentation throughout. If you want strict separation between design and review, we can provide independent review only. We will always tell you which arrangement best protects your interests.
